All technology and software components are programmed exclusively by our own development team. This guarantees a consistent concept, transparent architecture and qualified technical support. The PDF Xpansion libraries and extensions are used in widely used applications such as our PDF freeware, the Perfect PDF® family, various PDF products licensed by soft Xpansion as well as in applications from other companies – see our PDF SDK customer list.
PDF Xpansion technology is therefore available as a stand-alone software development kit (SDK). On the other hand, the technology is also used in many standard software programs and PDF solutions for a wide range of tasks and applications.

The PDF Xpansion technology can be used in any operating system environment under Windows and with all service packs. The engine was written in C++, all SDK libraries provide a C++ API. SDK interfaces support use in C++, NET (C# or VB.NET languages), Delphi, with COM interface (COM compatible languages: Delphi, C++ Builder, VB or JavaScript) and some special cases.
