Support requests
Support requests should be made via the customer account if possible. When support requests are made through the customer account, important information such as the product key and your email address are sent to us. The support phone number is also displayed in the customer account. We are available by phone Mon-Fri from 09:00 – 17:00 CET.
End of support: old versions
Since the release of version 12 we have stopped support for Perfect PDF® 10 and older to be able to concentrate on the two current versions (11 & 12). Sending activation files for older versions is excluded from this and will still be done on request. The end of support for a product also means that no further updates will be released.
Version for students
For just 6€, students in the DACH region can get an annual license of Perfect PDF® 12 Student Edition with a wide range of features. Student status can be verified in the free customer account.
